实验步骤: Sodium thiomethoxide (0.142 g) was added to a solution of 2-fluoro-5-iodobenzonitrile (0.5 g) in DMSO (1 mL) and the mixture stirred. An exotherm was noted. After stirring for 90 min, water was added and the solid that precipitated was collected, washed with water and dried at 50° C. under vacuum to leave the subtitle compound as an off-white solid (0.52 g). After stirring for 90 min the solid that precipitated was collected washed with water dried at 50° C. under vacuum
