实验步骤: A mixture of 2 g of 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-4-piperidino-1-butanol liberated from the hydrochloride, 20 ml of benzene, and 4 g of a fine powder of manganese dioxide was stirred for 8 hours at room temperature. After filtration, the precipitate was washed with 20 ml of benzene. The benzene washings and filtrate were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain oily γ-piperidino-p-fluorobutyrophenone (2 g in weight; infrared absorption spectrum, ν C=0 1678 cm-1). The said oily product was dissolved in 20 ml of ether, and gaseous hydrogen chloride was introduced therein to saturation. The precipitate formed was recrystallized from ethanol-ether to yield the hydrochloride melting at 180° - 181°C. After filtration the precipitate was washed with 20 ml of benzene concentrated under reduced pressure
