实验步骤: To a solution of Intermediate 36 (0.130 g) in ethanol (2 ml), was added 2N aqueous sodium hydroxide (0.75 ml). The mixture was stirred at room temperature under nitrogen overnight. The solution was evaporated in vacuo to remove the ethanol, and applied to a solid phase extraction cartridge (Isolute SCX sulphonic acid column, 2 g). The cartridge was eluted with methanol (15 ml) and the solvent concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound as a clear oil (0.110 g). The solution was evaporated in vacuo to remove the ethanol applied to a solid phase extraction cartridge (Isolute SCX sulphonic acid column, 2 g) The cartridge was eluted with methanol (15 ml) the solvent concentrated in vacuo
