实验步骤: At room temperature, 0.25 g of 2-bromo-5-chloroindan-1-on and 0.24 g of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-thioacetamide ware dissolved in 5 ml of dry acetone, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12 h. The resulting precipitate was filtered off with suction, washed with acetone and dried under high vacuum. This yielded the hydrobromide of 6-chloro-2-(2, 4-dichlorophenoxymethyl)-8,8a-dihydroindeno[1,2-d]thiazol-3a-ol having a melting point of 170° C. (decomposition).
