The residue was crystallized from isopropyl ether to obtain 8 g of 2-methyl-4-(2',4'-dichlorophenyl)-3-oxo-5,6-dihydro-1,2,4-oxadiazine melting at 94°-95° C. The mixture was stirred for 16 hours at 20°-25° C filtered The solution was dried evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure The residue was crystallized from isopropyl ether
