实验步骤: Unfluorinated bis-neopentyl ether was synthesized by a method described by V. Gosh, J. Org. Chem. 37 No. 13, p.(1972). A brief summary of that process follows. 0.23 mole (20 g) of neopentyl alcohol (Aldrich Chemical Co., Milwaukee, WI) was dissolved in 150 ml of reagent grade toluene. A stoichiometric amount (5.3 g) of elemental sodium was added.
