实验步骤: A round-bottomed flask with (S)-tert-butyl 2-carbamoylpyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (compound 10a, 3.0 g, 14.0 mmol) and Lawesson's reagent (6.8 g, 16.8 mmol) was flushed with nitrogen. Dry THF (40 ml) was added as the solvent. The reaction mixture was stirred at 70° C. under nitrogen for 8 hours. After cooled to room temperature, the resulting mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and purified by column chromatography (ethyl acetate:n-hexane=1:2) to yield pure product 11a (2.7 g). After cooled to room temperature the resulting mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure purified by column chromatography (ethyl acetate:n-hexane=1:2)
