实验步骤: A mixture of ethyl 4-[3-[3-(chloromethyl)benzoyl]indol-1-yl]butyrate (42.5 mg) and 4-isobutylphenol (18.3 mg) and potassium carbonate (30.6 mg) in N,N-dimethylformamide (3 ml) was heated at 100° C. for 1 hour and 50° C. for 10 hours. The mixture was worked up in an usual manner and purified by thin layer silica gel chromatography eluting with a mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane (1:2) to give ethyl 4-[3-[3-(4-isobutylphenoxymethyl)benzoyl]indol-1-yl]butyrate (46.7 mg) as an oil. purified by thin layer silica gel chromatography eluting with a mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane (1:2)
