The reaction mixture was filtered and concentrated to give the active ester of 10-methylundecanoic acid. To the active ester (620 mg), after having been dissolved in DMF, were added 6-(4'-N-glycyl-spicaminyl-amino)purine hydrochloride (710 mg) and triethylamine (2.0 ml), and the mixture was stirred for 12 hours.
