实验步骤: 8 mg (10 μmol) of Intermediate 101 were dissolved in 2 ml of DMF and admixed with 8.6 mg (20 μmol) of 1,1′-{disulphanediylbis[(1-oxopropane-3,1-diyl)oxy]}dipyrrolidine-2,5-dione and 3.7 μl of N,N-diisopropylethylamine. The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 2 h and then the solvent was evaporated off under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC. 7.2 mg (68% of theory) of the title compound were obtained. the solvent was evaporated off under reduced pressure the residue was purified by preparative HPLC
