实验步骤: A solution of 4.0 g of ethyl 4-phenyl-2-(R)-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxybutyrate in 15 ml of methylene chloride was added dropwise to a solution of 4.0 g of t-butyl α-[6(R)-amino-5-oxo-2-(2-thienyl)perhydro-1,4-thiazepin-4-yl]acetate [prepared as described in step (g) above] and 1.62 ml of triethylamine in 50 ml of methylene chloride. The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at room temperature, after which it was washed with water and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate; the solvent was then evaporated off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography, using a 20:1 by volume mixture of methylene chloride and ethyl acetate as the eluent, to give 5.5 g of the title compound in the form of a syrup. after which it was washed with water dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate the solvent was then evaporated off under reduced pressure The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography by volume mixture of methylene chloride and ethyl acetate as the eluent
