实验步骤: A solution of 2-methoxyethanol (295 mg, 3.9 mmol) in DCM (total volume: 0.5 mL) was added to a solution of oxalyl chloride (0.5 mL, 5.8 mmol) in DCM (total volume 1.0 mL) at 0° C. and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the resulting residue was dissolved in DCM (3.9 mL) to yield a 1.0M solution in DCM. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo the resulting residue was dissolved in DCM (3.9 mL)
