The mixture was cooled and washed with 1 molar hydrochloric acid (×2), dried and evaporated. 实验步骤: Ortho-methoxybenzyl isocyanate (Sigma Aldrich) (0.390 g, 2.4 mmol) was added drop wise to a suspension of 5-diazoimidazole-4-carboxamide (0.274 g, 2 mmol) in dry DMSO (2.5 mL) at room temperature under nitrogen. MS Found 301.1100. Calc for (M+H): 301.1049. Found C, 51.6; H, 3.9; N, 28.0. Calc. for C13H12N6O3C, 52.0; H, 4.0; N, 28.0%.
