实验步骤: In analogy to the procedure described in Example 15, 3-[(S)-4-(3,4-dichloro-phenylcarbamoyl)-3-methyl-2-oxo-piperazin-1-yl]-propionic acid (intermediate 12) and 1.1 eq. (3S,4S)-4-methyl-piperidin-3-ol; hydrochloride (intermediate 3) gave the titled compound in 84% yield as off-white solid. MS: 471.3 (MH+, 2Cl).
