实验步骤: To a solution of 2.13 g ((S)-2-oxo-cyclohexyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester in 10 ml methanol was added 0.46 g O-methylhydroxylamine hydrochloride and the mixture was heated to reflux for 18 h. To the resulting yellow solution was added 2.0 ml of a 4M solution of hydrochloric acid in dioxane and the mixture was refluxed for 30 min. The reaction mixture was evaporated and dried under high vacuum. The semisolid residue was triturated under acetonitrile. The solid was collected by filtration and dried to constant weight under high vacuum to yield 1.25 g of the title compound as white crystals.
