实验步骤: To a solution of 1-iodo-4-{[1-(trityloxy)propan-2-yl]oxy}benzene (350 mg, 0.67 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (5 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by combiflash (petroleum ether:ethyl acetate=10:1 to 4:1) to give the title compound (100 mg, 55%) as a white solid, which was used into next step directly.
