实验步骤: Similarly to Referential example 2, 2.10 g(10.5 mmol) of (R)-N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-2-methylpiperidine were reacted with 1.59 ml(1 equivalent) of N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine, 111.1 ml (1.1 equivalent) of sec-butyllithium(1.04M) and 1.22 ml(1.5 equivalents) of N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain 1.67 g of (2S,6R)-tert-butyl 2-formyl-6-methyl-1-piperidinecarboxylate(yield 70%).
