实验步骤: A solution of the amine (6d) (0.08, 0.5 mmol) in chloroform (2 ml) was treated with N,N-dimethylaminopyridine (0.06 g, 0.5 mmol) then 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (0.11 g, 0.7 mmol). After 2 hours the chloroform was removed by evaporation and the residue treated with a solution of 4-amino-1-heptylpiperidine (0.1 g, 0.5 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (1 ml) and the mixture heated to 100° C. for 1 hour. Water (2 ml) was added dropwise and filtration gave a white solid. Chromatography on silica eluting with a methanol in ethyl acetate gradient afforded the title compound as a white solid, (0.1 g, 50%). After 2 hours the chloroform was removed by evaporation filtration gave a white solid
