实验步骤: A mixture of 33.4 g. of 3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 35.6 g. of 3-hydroxy-2,4-dichloroaniline and 130 ml. of glacial acetic acid was refluxed with stirring for 2 hours and the mixture was cooled to a room temperature and water was added to the mixture to precipitate a crystal. The crystal was separated by a filtration and recrystallized from benzene-n-hexane to obtain N-(2,4-dichloro-5-hydroxyphenyl)-3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimide (m.p.: 155°-157° C.: white crystal) (yield: 75%).
