实验步骤: A solution of ((2R,3R,4S,5S)-4-(benzoyloxy)-2-(6-chloro-2-iodo-9H-purin-9-yl)-5-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]-tetrahydro-3-furanyl benzoate (Preparation 19) (0.25 g, 0.38 mmol) and 2-benzyl-3-phenylpropylamine (0.16 g, 0.76 mmol) in isopropanol (10 ml) was stirred at room temperature for 48 hours. Solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with dichloromethane:methanol (99:1 by volume) to afford the title compound as a yellow foam (0.26 g, 83%). Solvent was removed under reduced pressure the residue purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with dichloromethane:methanol (99:1 by volume)
