实验步骤: 3.3 g (10 mmol) of 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid are heated at 90° in 50 ml of dimethylformamide with 4 g (27 mmol) of trifluoromethylthiomethyl chloride, 2.1 g of triethylamine, 1.7 g of potassium iodide and 0.2 g of tetrabutylammonium iodide for 16 hours. The solution is poured into 50 ml of water and the precipitate is filtered off with suction and boiled up with methanol. 1.5 g of 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(4-trifluoromethylthiomethyl-1-piperazinyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid of melting point 247°-250° (with decomposition) are obtained. the precipitate is filtered off with suction
