实验步骤: Aqueous chloro acetaldehyde solution (15 mL) was added to a solution of 26A (15.5 g, 80 mmol) in ethanol (150 mL) and stirred at 60° C. for 16 h. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography using 10% ethyl acetate in hexane to afford the title compound (15 g, 81%) as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 10.39 (s, 1H), 7.96 (t, J=2.1 Hz, 1H), 7.45-7.38 (dd, J1=2.0 Hz, J2=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.37-7.26 (m, 2H), 7.02-6.95 (m, 2H). ESI-MS m/z: 211 (M+H)+.
