实验步骤: Hydrazine (22.46 mg, 0.701 mmol) was added to the methyl 2-(morpholinosulfonyl)benzoate (100 mg, 0.350 mmol) in methanol and refluxed for 12 h at 70° C. Following cooling, Reaction was monitored by TLC. After completion of the reaction, the solvent was removed by vacuum and then compound was purified by flash chromatography afforded the title compound 2-(morpholinosulfonyl)benzohydrazide (40 mg, 0.129 mmol, 36.8% yield) as a solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): 07.86 (m, 1H), 7.66-7.56 (m, 2H), 7.52 (dd, 1H, J=1.2 & 7.6 Hz), 7.40 (m, 1H), 4.09 (m, 2H), 3.70 (m, 4H), 3.15 (m, 4H). ESI-MS: 286.1[M+H]+ Following cooling Reaction After completion of the reaction the solvent was removed by vacuum compound was purified by flash chromatography
