实验步骤: 5(R)-Methyl-3-(3-{[7-propyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-benzisoxazol-6-yl]oxy}propyl)imidazolidine-2,4-dione was prepared as for Example 10 from 5(R)-methylimidazolidine-2,4-dione and the bromide from Example 7. After aqueous work-up and silica gel chromatography, the title compound was obtained.
