The reaction mixture was quenched with distilled water (5 mL), extracted with dichloromethane (3×5 mL), the organic phases were combined, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the crude product as a yellow solid (40 mg, 62%). LCMS: m/e 709.53 (M+H)+, 2.46 min (method 11). The reaction mixture was quenched with distilled water (5 mL) extracted with dichloromethane (3×5 mL) dried over sodium sulfate filtered concentrated under reduced pressure

The white suspension was blanketed with nitrogen. The vessel was sealed and warmed to 115-125° C. for 48 h. The crude reaction was filtered through a short bed of silica gel and washed with ethyl acetate.
