实验步骤: 2-Stearoylglycerol (0.1 g, 0.28 mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (5 ml). To this was added anhydrous pyridine (49 mg, 0.62 mmol), followed by 1-chloroethyl chloroformate (89 mg, 0.62 mmol). The reaction mixture was allowed to proceed at ambient temperature overnight and worked up as described for 2-(1-chloroethoxycarbonyl)-1,3-dipalmitoylglycerol (Example 1c).
