实验步骤: Under argon stream, to a suspension of sodium hydride (601 mg, 60 wt. % oil dispersion) in dimethylformamide (13 ml) was added dropwise trifluoroethanol (1.08 ml) at 0° C., and the mixture was stirred for 15 minutes. To this reaction solution was added dropwise a solution of 1-chloro-3-fluoro-5-chloromethylbenzene (2.23 g) in dimethylformamide (9 ml), and then the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. To this reaction mixture was added water, and the mixture was extracted with a mixed solvent of n-hexane/ethyl acetate=1/1. This organic layer was washed with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: n-hexane/ethyl acetate=1/0 to 9/1) to give the titled compound (2.85 g). the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour the mixture was extracted with a mixed solvent of n-hexane/ethyl acetate=1/1 This organic layer was washed with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate concentrated under reduced pressure The resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: n-hexane/ethyl acetate=1/0 to 9/1)
