实验步骤: To a solution of 2-(3-bromophenyl)acetohydrazide 1104 (1.0 g, 4.37 mmol) in AcOH (10 mL) was added trimethylorthoacetate (2.62 g, 21.83 mmol) and the mixture heated to 115° C. for 18 hours. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue purified by reverse phase chromatography to give 0.59 g of 2-(3-bromobenzyl)-5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole 1105. 1H NMR 300 MHz CDCl3: δ 7.45 (m, 2H), 7.23 (m, 2H), 4.12 (s, 2H), 2.49 (s, 3H). The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure the residue purified by reverse phase chromatography
