实验步骤: To a solution of 5-(chloromethyl)-1-[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1H-tetrazole (500 mg, 1.90 mmol, commercially available from UkrOrgSynthesis, Kiev, Ukraine) in acetonitrile (8 mL) was added triethylamine (0.796 mL, 5.71 mmol) and (3R)-3-methyl-2-piperazinone (239 mg, 2.09 mmol, commercially available, for example from Sigma Aldrich, St Louis, USA). The reaction mixture was heated to 120° C. for 20 min.
