实验步骤: 20.5 g (144 mmol) of 3-nonanone are initially charged in 200 ml of methanol, 5.45 g (144 mmol) of sodium borohydride are added a little at a time at room temperature and the mixture is stirred overnight. The solvent is removed under reduced pressure and the mixture is then acidified and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic phase is dried over sodium sulphate. Removal of the solvent gives 20 g (96%) of a colourless oil. The solvent is removed under reduced pressure extracted with dichloromethane The organic phase is dried over sodium sulphate Removal of the solvent

实验步骤: 16.42 g (115 mmol) of 3-nonanone and 15.26 g (115.4 mmol) of tert-butyl carbazate are refluxed for 3 hours in 200 ml of cyclohexane. The solvent is removed in vacuo. This gives 30.54 g (product contains water) of a white solid, Rf=0.49 (cyclohexane/ethyl acetate=3:1). The solvent is removed in vacuo
