实验步骤: To a solution of 2,3-dimethylbenzaldehyde (1.0 g, 7.5 mmol) in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran (50 ml), at −78° C. and under nitrogen, was added ethyllithium (0.5M in benzene:cyclohexane 9:1, 14.9 ml, 7.5 mmol), dropwise via syringe. The reaction mixture was stirred at −78° C. for 30 min and then poured into ice cold hydrochloric acid (2N, 20 ml). The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×50 ml) and the combined extracts were dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (1.22 g). The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×50 ml) the combined extracts were dried (MgSO4) concentrated in vacuo
