The mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel eluting with ethyl acetate. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give methyl 4-chloro-3-({[4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbamothioyl}amino)-2-[(3-hydroxypropyl)amino]benzoate as a brown oil (22.0 g) The mixture was concentrated in vacuo The residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel eluting with ethyl acetate The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo
