实验步骤: Following the same procedure described for Example 401(c), the mixture of (2,3-dihydro-benzo[1,4]dioxin-6-yl)-(4-iodo-pyridin-2-yl)-amine (Example 401(b), 75 mg, 0.2 mmol), tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0) (Aldrich Chemical Company) (12 mg, 0.011 mmol), N,N-dimethylaminobenzeneboronic acid (Aldrich Chemical Company) (41 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 1,2-dimethoxyethane (2 mL) gave, after heated in the Microwave Smith Synthesizer at 150° C. for 10 min and purification on a Biotage 40S column (1.5:1 hexane:EtOAc), the title compound as a tan solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 348 (M+1). Mp: 154.0-155.5° C. gave purification on a Biotage 40S column (1.5:1 hexane:EtOAc)
